Today, I was supposed to be enjoying a beautiful escape in Marrakech, staying in a luxury city apartment, immersing myself in the culture, cuisine, and charm of one of my favorite cities.

But just as I was preparing for my trip, life threw a curveball— I discovered my passport was missing, which I didn’t realise until it was time to check in for my upcoming flight…ugh…making it impossible for me to travel this time.
It was disappointing, to say the least. I had envisioned every moment of this trip, and suddenly I found myself grounded.
Luckily I had booked my accommodation on booking.com and had free cancellation for my accommodation, otherwise I would have lost out financially on both my flights and accommodation.
I see that as a blessing, I really do!
So rather than dwell on the setback, I chose to focus on the silver lining: the power of planning and the joy of sharing that passion with others.
